This program is the first of many workshops and retreats sponsored by Foreverwell Centre, at the beautiful and serene grounds of Harmony Farms. This workshop will be featuring Theravada Buddhist Master Venerable Dr. Thanat Inthisan who will explain and discuss the Buddha’s important teachings on meditation. All are welcome to come and learn about these universal teachings on how to ease suffering and discover true happiness.

– Calm abiding (shamatha), insight (vipassana) meditations
– Walking meditation

Tradition and ceremony require our honored guests eat lunch from 11:00 – 12:00. In respecting our guests a lunch break will be held from 11am – 1pm for everyone in this retreat. You are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch and enjoy it on the grounds. The local restaurants in the area require a short 5 minute drive. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided throughout the event.
Suggested donation for the event, You may make your donation at time of registration or upon your check-in. Donations offset the cost of facilities and our honored guest’s accommodations.
Additional donations for our guest are at your personal discretion and should be given directly to them at the conclusion of the retreat. Tradition dictates how to donate and show respect to our guests, so please check with a staff members before approaching our guests. Thai customs are observed at all times when interacting with our guests. We are there to assist you in understanding these customs at all times.
