[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/3″ animation=””][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″ animation=””][vc_column_text]4 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2319 วันชาติสหรัฐอเมร The 4th of July (Independence Day) หรือ วันชาติสหรัฐอเมริกา หรือ วันฉลองอิสรภาพ สหรัฐอเมริกา เริ่มต้นในฤดูร้อนของปี ค.ศ.1776 (พ.ศ. 2319) ซึ่งเป็นวันที่โธมัส เจฟเฟอร์สัน ได้ประกาศ “คำประกาศอิสระภาพ” ซึ่งมีใจความสำคัญถึงความมีสิทธิในชีวิตเสรีภาพ และการแสวงหาความสุขของชีวิตของมนุษย์ทุกคนอย่างเท่าเทียมกัน ในฤดูร้อนของปี ค.ศ.1776 ผู้แทนของอาณานิคมอังกฤษทั้ง13 แห่ง ในอเมริกาเหนือได้มารวมกันที่เมืองฟิลาเดลเฟีย รัฐเพลซิลเวเนีย เพื่อหารืออภิปรายกันในข้อเสนอที่อาจหาญว่า “อาณานิคมที่ผนึกเข้าด้วยกันนี้ล้วนแต่เป็นรัฐอิสระและเป็นเอกราช แล้ว โดยสิทธิก็ควรจะเป็นเช่นนั้น” ในขณะที่ผู้แทนจากอาณานิคม กำลังประชุมเพื่อพิจารณาข้อเสนอดังกล่าวอยู่นั้น คณะกรรมการซึ่งประกอบด้วยสมาชิก 5 คนนำโดย ทอมัส เจฟเฟอร์สัน (Thomas Jefferson) ซึ่งต่อมาได้เป็นประธานาธิบดีคนที่ 3 ของประเทศสหรัญอเมริกา ได้ร่างเอกสารขึ้นฉบับหนึ่งซึ่งเรียกกันในเวลาต่อมาว่า “คำประกาศอิสระภาพ” หรือ “คำประกาศเอกราชจากสหราชอาณาจักร” (Declaration…
